This Privacy Policy applies to all users of the ReadyClose Platform, including real estate agents, brokers, transaction coordinators, and other professionals ("Users"), as well as to the personal data of their clients, counterparties, and other individuals whose information may appear in real estate transaction records ("End Clients"). By using our Service or authorizing an integration with ReadyClose, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

When you register for or use ReadyClose, we may collect:
